  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts on your behalf
  • Food & beverage selections and tastings
  • Facilitate and attend all vendor appointments
  • Logistical management
  • Provide day-of coordination to ensure the success of the event, inclusive of directing and queuing all vendors and guests
  • Oversee the event site setup and tear-down
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors
The rate for planning a social event is $30/hour. After the initial consultation to determine type, size, and caliber of the event, we will present you with a pricing plan.

THE CORPORATE PACKAGE

Business Event Planning & Coordination

40 dollars an hour

  • Face-to-face, phone and email consultations
  • Design of overall theme and décor scheme
  • Selection and procurement of venue, vendors, special guest(s) and speaker(s)
  • Review and negotiate vendor contracts on your behalf
  • Food & beverage selections and tastings
  • Seating plans
  • Itinerary
  • Check lists and time lines
  • Promotional item ideas and recommendations
  • RSVP’s and invitation design
  • Design and production recommendations for printing and promotional material and products
  • Facilitate and attend all vendor appointments
  • Logistical management, inclusive of: registration, audio/visual equipment, transportation, etc.
  • Provide day-of coordination to ensure the success of the event, inclusive of directing and cueing all vendors, speakers and guests
  • Oversee the event site setup and teardown
  • Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors

 

The rate for planning a corporate event is $40/hour. After the initial consultation to determine type, size, and caliber of the event, we will present you with a pricing plan.

A LA CARTE

Partial Event Planning

30 to 40 dollars an hour

In addition to our packages we also have a la carte services. This is perfect for times when you simply do not have time to assemble favors, address invites, take care of local pickups, etc. You assign the task that needs handling and leave the rest to us.

$30-$40 per hour for labor. Additional fees may apply.


Day-of Event
coordination

25-hr

This service is great if all of the planning has or will be taken care of, but would like us on site during the event to ensure perfect execution.

$250 (starting from) depending on scope of event. Additional fees may apply.

$150 for the first hour and $30-40 for each additional hour
